Understanding Karma

Karma, a Sanskrit term, means 'work' or 'action'. When we talk about Karma or Karmic philosophy or Karmic spirituality, we mainly focus on the action that actually interconnects us to the Higher Power or Higher Consciousness. Karma speaks about cause and effect, and it is entirely governed with the idea of an individual's own action. According to Karmic spiritual belief, one creates one's own fate and only by changing own action, one can alter his own fate, either improving or deteriorating. This has divine power and it is governed by Divine Law. So, Karmic spirituality suggests that an individual must think before he acts. So it is necessary to think thoroughly before you make any speech or take any action. God offers us His three precious gifts: reason, will and choice. By virtue of these three gifts, we are allowed to make decisions of our own lives and actions. Hence, your action can only decide how you set your own fate.

Spiritual Crisis

Spiritual crisis is something that many people experience in their lifetime. It is nothing but a reflective analysis of spiritual belief and fortitude – these two factors are integrally required towards the way of God. Throughout centuries, many individuals are seeking for the answer of deep-rooted meaning and rationale of life. Besieged for endurance and contentment in a materialistic world does not solve the purpose of human's eternal quest. Since we are on our quest and the path is so hectic, we may turn out to be frustrated and depressed. In fact, we experience rational deformation during this phase. However, if we retrospect it from spiritual angle, we can easily understand that this is our actual destiny and we all are basically destined for it. Practically, all our personal lives as well as our interpersonal relationships are all entangled with our exploration for spiritual journey.

Deep inside, we are trying to initiate our realization of our quest to the materialistic conflicts, comforts as well as happiness of life virtually allows us experiencing a sense of emptiness and incompleteness. We then start to doubt that ever-lasting serenity and feeling of pleasure is actually an inner feeling. Consequently, a majority of us are seeking into the domain of spirituality of mysticism with a higher sense of rationale, route and connotation. In this process of spiritual journey, we explore ourselves inquiring "What is the purpose of life? Who am I?" when we are fully prepared to know the answer, the inquiries will rouse a longing deep inside that influences us to seek for the answers. Well, this phase can not be only defined as a spiritual crisis phase, but of course a phase of physical crisis or critical life crisis as well. When we get united with our destiny, we can realize that we are basically searching for our Higher Power or Higher Truth.

When we are searching for our Higher Truth, we basically allow our soul to be awakened from a spiritual perspective. Most importantly, our quest inspires us to find out our actual being. Our new reflection becomes the most insightful experience of an individual's lifetime. This course allows us to experience a profound feeling of happiness and spiritual illumination that is virtually tough to explain from materialistic perspective. As soon as you will experience such spiritual awakening, you will experience an altered state of consciousness. You will start evaluating your life from an absolutely different angle, which is a spiritual angle, where all your beliefs and understandings are reshaped and re-evaluated. You are basically re-connecting yourself to your Higher Self or Higher Power. You basically explore the same eternal connection with your Higher Self that was established prior to your birth in this materialistic world. When you are giving your attempt to explore this new angle, you basically lack your interest in any sort of materialistic perspective. All that interests you is the spiritual belief and understanding.

When an individual is onto the spiritual journey, the quest focuses on knowing our true identification and true origin in terms of Divine Reality. During this search, you may feel truly uncomfortable, an emptiness where you become conscious that you haven’t fully liberate of your understandings, but on the other side, you need yet to get engrossed in the new exploration of Higher Truth you have actually found out. This unusual condition can call down an inner conflict of ambiguity, volatility, perplexity, disappointment, and a great sense of hopelessness as the dark shade of life and lacks the true presence of a being.

During our waiting phase, the time period when we are on our way to establish the reconnection to our Diving Being, we may experience an intense sense of craziness, restlessness, depression, disconnection, despair and an extreme sense of seclusion, which may last for quite a longer period of time. When we reach at our destined point, we reach to our ultimate calmness and we experience spiritual enlightenment at the end of our journey. Finally, we feel that all our restlessness has come to an end and we experience an ultimate serenity. We can experience that God has given us all we are actually longing for since we born.
